If you send an original poem, please state if I am not allowed to use it in other works. I will give you credit on my Credit page. By purchasing my proofs, you are agreeing to allow me
to display your photos in my gallery, advertising, and portfolio.

guidelines of copyright law or permission has been granted to Personal Expression Photo Editing from authors to use their poems and quotes on this
website. If you believe that any poem violates a copyright you hold or represent,
we will remove it upon notification pending good-faith resolution of any dispute.

Expression Photo Editing is firmly committed to the privacy of our clients. We have created this Privacy Policy
to let you know under what circumstances information is collected and how this information is used. If you
have any questions regarding this policy please contact us.
1. Personal Data. We retain the name and e-mail address of visitors who submit an order via our web site so
that we may notify them once their order is completed. This information is deleted at the end of each Quarter.
2. Confidentiality. No information of ANY kind (eg: e-mail addresses) is ever shared with
third parties other than that which is clearly indicated within this Privacy Policy.
3. Aggregate Data. We gather certain generic information with respect to visitors' use of our web
site such as the number of unique visitors and the areas on the web site that they favor. We only look at this
data on a collective basis, in summary form.
4. External Links. On our site, we have links to other web sites that may collect personal
information about you. This policy does not cover the information practices of such web sites. We encourage you
to read the privacy policies of these sites as their policies may be very different.
5. Unsolicited E-Mail. We do not send unsolicited e-mail messages to anyone. We will only send
email if one of our visitors in response to a query, or regarding their order.
